How do I redeem my Reward Points?
1. Log into your account or create one.
2. Click the Reward Points button in the bottom right hand corner.
3. Scroll below the Refer a Friend information to view your points balance in the pop-up box:
4. Click 'Redeem' to turn your points into a money-off coupon that will be emailed to you. It will also be saved in the 'Your Rewards' section if you'd like to save it for another time. You may only redeem one coupon per order, so we recommend you select the largest value available.
5. To redeem the coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Please note that you cannot use other discount codes in conjunction with your coupon code.
Are there other ways to earn Reward Points?
MERUMAYA® Effective Skincare reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Rewards Programme, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Rewards Programme. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we believe the participant has attempted to abuse the Rewards Programme in any way. MERUMAYA® Money is applicable on merumaya.com only and is not transferable. MERUMAYA® Money has no cash value and is redeemable only against MERUMAYA® products purchased at merumaya.com.nMERUMAYA® Money cannot be used with any other discounts or offers at merumaya.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering into our Rewards Programme, participants release MERUMAYA® Effective Skincare, any affiliated companies and employees from any and all liability of any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Rewards Programme or acceptance or use of any points given. No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider / Internet / web site / use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Though the above causes are not exhaustive & changes to the same can or will be made at the sole discretion of MERUMAYA® as and when required without giving notice or any form of communication to Rewards Programme members as individuals or groups.
ADDITIONAL LOYALTY DISCOUNT OFFERS
Provided that the customer's e-mail settings do not prevent them from participating in the Rewards Programme, they will also be entitled to receive additional, exclusive point offerings and offers available only to the Rewards Programme members.
Customers will be automatically entered into the MERUMAYA® Reward programme, once they register for an account and place their first order. Further, by accepting the loyalty points, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless MERUMAYA®, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty discounts or participation in any Rewards Programme related activity.
This Reward Programme is void where prohibited by law. MERUMAYA® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Rewards Programme; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the web site; to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Loyalty Scheme at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. MERUMAYA® will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
